About our service

Čepule Relocation is an independent administrative assistance service. We are not a law firm and we are not affiliated with any government, embassy, consulate or visa application centre. We do not provide regulated immigration legal advice, and we cannot guarantee the outcome of any visa or residence application. Decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities.

No guarantee of outcome

Visa, residence and registration decisions are made solely by the competent authorities. Paying for our assistance does not improve, accelerate or otherwise influence the outcome of any official application.

Information on this website

Content on this website is general information, provided in good faith. Requirements change and vary by individual circumstances. You are responsible for verifying current requirements with official sources before relying on them.

Scope and fees

The scope and fee for each engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices exclude government application fees, visa application centre service charges, translation, legalisation, travel insurance, courier and any other third-party costs. Paying for assistance does not affect the outcome of an official application.

Your payment is for independent administrative assistance from Čepule Relocation. It is not a government, embassy, consulate or visa application centre fee, and it does not include any official or third-party charges.

We do not guarantee that any visa, residence permit or registration will be approved. Decisions are made solely by the competent authorities.

Scope

  • We confirm your details by email within two working days of payment and agree the next steps with you.
  • The service covers the items listed for the package you choose. Anything beyond that is quoted separately before any work starts.
  • You remain responsible for the accuracy of your information, for submitting your own application and for attending your own appointments.
  • Please don't send passport scans or financial documents unless we specifically agree a secure way to share them.

Cancellation

  • Proposed: you can cancel by email before we begin work and receive a full refund.
  • Proposed: once work has begun, a partial refund may be offered in proportion to the work not yet completed.
  • Consumer withdrawal rights under EU and Lithuanian law apply where relevant. This section is awaiting review.

Refunds

  • Proposed: approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
  • Government and third-party fees you pay directly are never collected or refunded by us.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Submit your own applications and attend your own appointments.
  • Review all documents before submission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Čepule Relocation is not liable for decisions of authorities, third-party fees, processing delays or losses arising from information that was inaccurate or incomplete when provided to us.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
