This notice explains how Čepule Relocation ("we", "us") handles personal data submitted through this website. We aim to collect as little as possible and to handle it in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Information about your plans: nationality, country of residence, destination, purpose, timing, length of stay, who is travelling and the help you need.
• Any message you choose to write.
• Your consent choices and the date of your enquiry.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to submit, passport scans, identity numbers, bank statements or other highly sensitive documents through this website.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to provide the service you request. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. If you opt in to updates, we use your email to send occasional relevant information; you can withdraw at any time.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored in a secured database with access restricted to Čepule Relocation. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete it on request where we are not legally required to retain it.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers who help us operate this website, or with qualified partners where you have asked us to involve them.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing art@cepule.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
